By leveraging digital technologies, the study aims to provide care and continuous monitoring, ensuring that patients receive the support they need right where they are. This approach aims to enhance the accessibility and effectiveness of healthcare for older adults, particularly those with mobility issues, by utilizing digital tools for assessment and intervention.
